I've been thinking the same thing.  How well does the quality extend beyond the 70s?  Any particulars I should check out first?
And as for Anima Sound, That's a new one to me too.  Sounds gnarly, must check out.

Funny how some things are. I was on a major Schulze kick earlier in the summer. If I'm in the mood for electronic music atm then I reach for some crazy sh*t like Syrinx' Long Lost Relatives (if you ever come across this album, then you owe yourself at least a listen. NOTHING sounds like it!.......and it's good) or conversely something more modern like Burial.
I have La Vie Electronique vol 6, and it's a real stunner. Frankly speaking, I don't think I've heard anything remotely sub-par from Schulze's 70s oevre.

I'm in a zany mood, so I'm off to La La Land with this little cracker Jack:
Anima Sound - Stürmischer Himmel 
One of those fantastic under the radar Krautrock gems, which recently has received a few scattered reviews across the net. I blame the infamous Nurse With Wound list for that, where this left-field record obviously is listed.
