After that I'm going with Beardfish, Karmakanic, Pendragon, and Steve Wilson. In that order! I'll probably be wrong, but if I'm right you'll be so impressed!

There's one Collab who knows what albums are in the Collabs top.

And that Collab is me. Wink
When does that get posted, btw? Just curious and bored.

Then my mild amusement is assured!

I even bugged the RIO Room guys about it, and James was like "I hate my writing style so I'm not going to bother" and everyone else ignored me. Awesome.

The Tangent was my number 2 album of the year.  I forgot about the Beardfish album in my blog post.  That one probably had potential to be a top 5 album for me if I had heard it.  But I haven't yet.

Haha, I'm not metal, that's why I'm surprised I'm enjoying Cynic so much. I only mentioned Meshuggah because I assumed that was one of the most dislikable albums for you, I was currently listening to Cynic, and I had momentarily forgotten about Stockholm because nobody cares enough to actually review it.

I am hardcore avant-garde (just NO MINIMALISM).

I will be really happy if Stockholm and Goteburg makes it onto the Collab list, still without a single review.

Traced In Air is one of those metal albums that stood high and mighty, and sounded unique in today's sea of sound-alike bands.

Oh, so you managed to sneak Meshuggah in there? ;-)

Which by the way Harry, I was just listening to Traced in Air on Youtube and WOW. This sort of music has never really worked for me before, and yet this is incredible.

I only heard of Karmakanic because of their cover blanketing the banner ads and the album of the year thread. I've heard some samples of Pendragon on the behest of neo-defenders, which was pretty terrible, and I listened to some Beardfish on Youtube, which was ok. I'd listen to their 35 minute song if I could do so for free.

I've never heard Beardfish either.
Nor Pendragon.
Karmakani, I had never heard of until that post just then, lol.

Psh, what do you know? You listen to Rush and probably voted for Beardfish (I haven't actually heard Beardfish).

Thanks, Harry.  I won't be on PA much this week (since I'm visiting friends and family), but I can't wait to work for this great website in a more official capacity.
