yeah, but i only joind two months ago, and i post almost exclusivly in "discussions not related to music." so while it may seem like i'm an insane fool with no friends, this is an exaggeration. in fact, when school starts back up, me and my friends will surly gather together in the cafeteria and sing drinking songs merrily while we pound down pints of ale like Nordic drunkards.
but this is summer and i just found new friends that have similar intrests besides gaming. believe it or not, not many people at my school like or even know of prog. so it is fun to talk to people who do, even if we talk about nonsense like kitty cats.

"Death to Utopia! Death to faith! Death to love! Death to hope?" thunders the 20th century. "Surrender, you pathetic dreamer.”
"No" replies the unhumbled optimist "You are only the present."

There, there - please dont cry! <<<gives encouraging pat on the back>>> We're not trying to get rid of you. We simply want you to be happy in "real time" as you are in cyberspace. And besides, you're damaging your keyboard...
Peace.

All:
We all know that PA can be addictive. And many of you are addicted.
However, in monitoring the threads here recently, I have discovered that, without question, Stonebeard is the most addicted of all. Indeed, I cannot even figure out how he posts to four threads simultaneously - and multiple posts at that! And he seems to be able to do this around the clock. Maybe he has insomnia as well.
What is absolutely clear is that Stonebeard has no life at all outside PA: zip, nada, zero, zilch. And he really, really needs to get a life - for his own good, for peace of mind, in order to develop social skills outside cyberspace.
My concern for him is such that I am beginning a support club for him, through which I hope to figure out how to create some kind of life for him outside PA.
All suggestions are welcome. But most of all, it is important that we all show Stonebeard a great deal of love and encouragement.
Stonebeard: if there is anything - anything! - I can do, don't hesitate to drop me a line. I am your friend, and I am here to help you.
Peace.
