Started two degrees and finished neither. First was Visual Arts the second Art History/History. Formal education has never been my thing.

Two masters degrees and thinking about starting on another one, but no interest at all in a PhD.

I'm surprised nobody on here has a doctoral/professional degree (yet at least).

I have SIX degrees... ...of inner turbulence! *rimshot* And one 4-year degree in computer science. In hindsight, I wish I'd done a PhD in philosophy =F=

Currently finishing up my BA in English lit. Probably going to teach English abroad if I fail to find out any internships in the next year and I applied to the Peace Corps. In the mean time, I'm just trying to get a few things published online since I have no real work experience( retail jobs don't count).

I haven't finished high school yet, but I plan on getting a Masters and hopefully a Doctorate later in life. Not sure what it will be in yet. | Saying, "I plan on getting a Masters and hopefully a Doctorate, but I'm not sure what it will be in" reeks of getting degrees just to show people you have shiny letters after your name. Unless you have a very specific course in mind, anything more than a four year degree is taking a big risk in terms of wasting your time and money.
I have a BA in English. I taught high school for two years, then the county closed down our schools for lack of funding.
It was at that time that the economy took a turn for the worse, and I could not get any work. Either I was overqualified or employers were looking for experience- experience showing that you won't French Fry your hands, rather than a piece of paper showing you debated whether or not having a penis makes you man.
