Today I watched a video with a 1985 live concert by Uriah Heep, without Ken Hensley but that young man with the blond, curly hair does very well on the Hammond organ, especially during Gypsy he freakes out Thumbs%20Up
And the Ken Hensley-John Wetton live DVD from 2001is also worth to check out for the Hammond fans, exciting rendition of July Morning with Ken going wild on his Hammond organ!

Not Prog but a very nice Hammond moment can be heard on a track called Forever by The Charlatans from the Us and Only Us album.

Today I listened to the album Live One Badger by Badger featuring Tony Kaye on keyboards, including the Hammond organ, he delivers some fine solos Thumbs%20Up Tomorrow I will write a review but why it is categorized as Heavy Prog, I don't know ...

Yesterday I heard that Musea has released the DVD An Ekseptional Trace featuring live footage from Rick Van Der Linden with Trace (1977) and Ekseption (2003), this will blow away the Hammond freaks Clap

I've been listening to Electric Ladyland a lot the past couple weeks and I'm struck with the amazing hammond organ/guitar all over Voodoo Chile.  For some reason, I never bothered to find out who was playing the Hammond on that track and checked today...and it's Steve Winwood.  I knew he could play...but damn!  He always seemed just a bit restrained with Spencer Davis and Traffic.  Voodoo Chile has some of the best tones I've ever heard from the B3, and he really smokes it!

Dick, about Niacin, I have their album Time Crunch, their covers from Jeff Beck (song Blue Wind) and King Crimson (song Red) are mindblowing, very special to hear these Hammond drenched versions Thumbs%20Up

At this moment I am carried away by Vanilla Fudge, very varied Hammond sound by Mark Stein, one of the pioneers.

I haven't been able to thoroughly read beyond Chapter 3 yet, but it looks excellent.  I feel honored that Erik would allow me to contribute alongside the experts that make this place what it is.ClapClap

I think Tony R30 has gone to be bed: "early to bed and early to rise,
makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise..!"

By the way, at this moment I am watching a The Stranglers compilation DVD, swirling spinet Hammond (L100) work by Dave Greenfield in songs like Something Better Change, I still love it after all those years Clap
