 I am not a real fan of electronic prog, and I usually hate the Mellotron sound... but Phaedra by Tangerine Dream changes all that into something haunting and memorable. It gets my vote.
Many Bothans died to bring you this information.

What a great year!! Even when I see on that list AMAZING albums (Genesis, Camel, Zappa, Nektar, Crimson, Rennaisance, etc) my vote goes to Robert Wyatt and his brilliant masterpiece Rock Bottom..

It was a great concert and parts are still engraved in my mind. The audience reaction to TFTO section was a bit muted, in my recollection, it was only recently released and was a challenge if you had not listened to the LP beforehand (luckily I had owned this for 2 days)."


there is a lot of legal crap in this.. jusk ask Ivan who went through a years supply of red and blue font in that thread... whoever.. it was released in 1973... the discrepancy.... who knows....

No contest here as my favourite album of all time is listed - The Lamb still reigns supreme for me!Clap
 
Out of the others, Relayer would come second, one of my fave Yes albums, then either Camel or Queen.Smile
