I'm not sure how much I like this, probably the track title appeals to me more that the music but it's not bad. Apparently this band have been around since 1983 but I had never heard of them until a few days ago.

^ Good stuff.
Thanks for all the responses. I hope to put together a playlist, comment and listen to all ere very long. Here is my favourite track off the first album I became acquainted with music from (pre-release) where the album was released this year. It's "Bending Hectic" off The Smile's Wall of Eyes, and to me it is fabulous (too others it might be too wonky in part and Radiohead-y) Edited by Logan - June 01 2024 at 18:16 |

I have not heard many 2024 albums. I was thinking about Sleepytime Gorilla Museum.
Gonna go post-punk with a track from TANGK by IDLES. Jungle |

Thanks, all. Another mention from me. I shared a track from this album elsewhere before, but not this:
"Mountain Song" off Tapir!'s The Pilgrim, Their God and the King of My Decrepit Mountain |

^ Oh, no sarcasm intended, I tried to bring it jokingly (hence the smiley) - these things happen to all of us. Sorry if it came over differently.

Sorry, I've just noticed I made a double post, no need for sarcasm. I'll edit one of those posts with a video soon.

^ Can you repeat that? Another one from me, still very fresh in the ears - the album was released a week ago - but a very enjoyable album it is: the new album by Aquaserge, La Fin de l'Économie. From this album Aquaserge - Sommets: |

Barbara Morgenstern has a new album out (long time fan here, as some know).
Here's Die Liebe zur Sache: (Note that I have changed the song here as I like this one more; had chosen the other one earlier because I had focuses on the ones that have a video.) For the friends of experimental electronic music, the new album of the Fossil Aerosol Mining Project is very cool, but it isn't on youtube. https://fossilaerosol.bandcamp.com/album/august-53rd

Thanks, guys.
that Orange Blossom - Mawj was not working for me but I found one that works for my region: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRbFCcZpS8Q I really love the track. And another one from me: St. Vincent "All Born Screaming" off the album All Born Screaming (released on April 26). Depending on participation, I probably will wait a couple weeks before putting up nomination. I'm happy in having an active topic where people are suggesting new music. Maybe on Sunday I'll through those that have been mentioned and hopefully make some little comments on the tracks. |

Will probably be back with more suggestions, but for now: I've been waiting ten years for this one... Or, maybe I should say that the band waited ten years before releasing their fourth album (four albums in their 30 years existence...): Orange Blossom, a French band mixing Middle-Eastern and sometimes latin elements with an addictive electro-rock (sometimes even rubbing the prog beast) released their album Spells From the Drunken Sirens last March. Orange Blossom - Mawj (from the album Spells From the Drunken Sirens): |

I genuinely like the new William Shatner album. It's a children's album so the video can't be saved to a playlist.
