Yeah I agree with your list by and large- not sure about Wings to be honest, but I'll listen to their stuff again to check...Very glad you mentioned Magnum (I love 'em!)too...
I'd also add Iron Maiden, who were definitely the most progressive of the NWOBHM boom. Every album, bar perhaps 'No Prayer..', has something that is very progressive on it.
I reckon 10CC could be included- they are defintiely quite progressive on songs like 'Une Nuit A Paris' (a three part epic!) and albums like 'How Dare You' and 'The Original Soundtrack'.

10cc, agreed!
I was thinking of the Wings album Band on the Run, quite proggy in parts and even Red Rose Speedway at a stretch!

but me thinks that although some of the albums might be concidered progressive some albums are not progressive...so should only the progressive albums be added then?

Here are some bands and solo performers that could be added now, under Prog Related...
- David Bowie
- Kate Bush
- Wings
- Be Bop Deluxe
- Metallica
- Kings X
- Magnum
What do you think? Any other suggestions?
