Well Wikipedia tells me wearing black is part of being straight edge, so I was just saying, since I was only joking about being straight edge anyway (except that I do in fact do not drink, smoke, or sex).
A date is not a complex idea in America, maybe it's different down under. ;-)
Harry, you are right, the post count is addictive, and it makes me sad that such a thing still has power over me.

Ah yes, saw post edit later. Yes post count is addictive, kinda. But I ceased to spend 16 hours a day on forum boards about 4 months ago I think, because my severe anxiety has since gone away and I can actually go outside now and communicate with people in the flesh now.

I was worried about never getting in a real relationship, but it happened in college and, while it was good at first, it developed into the worst thing ever. Not only did it mess me up emotionally, it brought out an ugly side in my personality. Breaking up was fantastic, plus I'm optimistic about the future.

Date seems to have too many meanings for me to be able to pin it down as one.
I always figured, it was that thing were you invite a girl out for coffee or dinner, but you're not actually going out.
