Tobacco Smoke Enema (1750s-1810s) The tobacco enema was used to infuse tobacco smoke into a patient's rectum for various medical purposes, primarily the resuscitation of drowning victims. A rectal tube inserted into the anus was connected to a fumigator and bellows that forced the smoke towards the rectum. The warmth of the smoke was thought to promote respiration, but doubts about the credibility of tobacco enemas led to the popular phrase "blow smoke up one's ass." huh. The only way to be original when everything has already been said is to strive to make the things you are rethinking even less interesting than the original.

My brain. Given I'm not a comic genius, it's probably been said before. |

The old, Velvet limit, was 1300-ish pages. I don't think it has become limitless now. |

After my first listen, I'd have to say that's one of the best tech/instrumental metal albums I've ever heard. I should check out their debut eventually too. It also makes me wish I could attend Prog Nation even more. |

Funny I had pizza last night as well; a kid who was with us literally vanished. My two buddies spent an hour looking for him. I felt like I was in the coffee house from Seinfeld with my friends coming in and out of the pizza shop bringing attention to themselves. I didn't mind the alone time with a lady friend of mine. The old sport wasn't found when I left...very bizarre I would prefer a few cold beers and a cigar with that poker. Cigarettes aren't my cup of tea, they somehow aggravate me rather than calm me down. I do love me a good cigar

Honestly, that's just what I thought of at the time... yeah, it is similar to that Simpsons episode, but that wasn't what I was thinking of. |

I have to admit, I'm so glad Harry recommended Scale the Summit to me. It's great instrumental technical metal that relies heavily on musicality too instead of just chops.

That would make sense, in the context's episode.
