I must point out he wasn't born in USA. He was born in Europe. He is definitely an American author though.

I’m crossing my fingers for Syriza and Tsipras. The communist won’t even talk to him, and he refuses to talk to the nazis, of course, but 2/3 of the Greek voters said no to the new bailout, so maybe – just maybe – New Democracy and PASOK will change their minds. A new election won’t solve anything at all.
