Sounds scary, but I'm beginning to get the impression that both the supreme court and the military know this guy is nuts. I'm hoping for the best, I don't think Justice Roberts has much respect for t-rump. If it happens, this would be a phenomenal disaster.

The Trump administration will submit a Supreme Court brief on Thursday backing a lawsuit that would completely invalidate the Affordable Care Act.
In the middle of a pandemic. With over 120,000 dead and hundreds of thousands hospitalized. Trump is trying to cut off healthcare for 23 million Americans. With no back up plan and no support for people with preexisting conditions. By the way, the ACA also requires all health plans including individual and employer plans to provide coverage for dependent children until they reach the age of 26. If your child is in college like mine is, and you get coverage through your employer, that gets eliminated if Trump gets his way. The c*ck-sucker-in-chief can go to hell, and the imbeciles that support him can all get in line behind him. You support this charlatan, you can go suck covid and kick.

Texas, California and Florida have had record breaking Covid cases reported in the last 48 hours with CA having a daily total of 7000 (yes 7000) cases reported in one (yes one) day. The EU is discussing plans to ban flights into Europe form the US. Perhaps that will stop Trump from constantly down playing the virus. Or perhaps not.

It's sad that the mask wearing is now frowned upon by some people as infringing on their "constitutional" rights. Very sad.

Yep. In Michigan, we had gotten below 100 new cases a day but now that things are opening up it is starting to creep up again. Today was over 300 new cases.

Cases are way up here in the US... People are obviously not taking any precautions or being smart about it. I predict a disaster in those areas...

I saw this graphic the other day. I don't know how accurate it is but it basically explains that wearing a mask is more likely to prevent you from giving the virus to someone else then it is to prevent you from catching the virus.

Why are you paying attention to the WHO? Wear a mask if you want, follow your local guidelines and wear one if you have to enter a building. What do they mean by "a good thing"? Massively subjective from an organization that is about your health. Not all organizations need to exist, this is one that is about money clearly along with favoritism. |
If the WHO was in Russia's pocket instead of China's, Trump would love them.

They are like every other bureaucratic and central authority in the world, in that they are making it up as they go along, but rather than admitting this every pronouncement is treated as if it carries with it The Wisdom of Solomon.

It's that stuff he takes that turns him orange. Injecting sunlight into his body maybe? Apparently that keeps the Covid out...

If a known germophobe like Trump goes around in public promotional gatherings without wearing a face mask, the question I ask myself is: why is he so sure he's immune?
If you discard the considerations that he's too vain or too unintelligent (both of which would be overruled by a true phobia), what does that leave? A hero he ain't. Is he immune, and if so, what could be the cause?
