Cooee concerning the above, I love Daniel Gildenlow, besides being multi-instrumentalist and being so talented he has 4 octave vocals which is very rare too. I love him!!!

Damn....just went from six to midnight over this!
Gorgeous studio, and four outstanding inspiring progressive musicians at the top of their game recording more musical gold. Bring it.

2014 seems like a long wait if they are starting recording now. Are they planning to spend more time than usual on it maybe?
In any case, I'll be interested to see what they come up with.
As far as Neal's "God bothering", I thought Whirlwind was quite tame compared to his solo albums (except for the final section). It is what it is, and I can't fault the man for writing about what gives the most meaning to his life........even if I look at things differently.

I'm definitely in for a listen. Transatlantic are a terrific supergroup of prog. Almost as good as ARENA. ;)

Neal Morse has confirmed Pete Trewavas' statement earlier this year that Transatlantic will be going into the studio at the end of the Morse/Flower Kings tour early this Summer. This has also been confirmed by a friend of mine who is a close friend of Neal's. So...by year's end (or maybe early 2014), we will have another album by Morse, Portnoy, Stolt and Trewavas! Bravo!

I wouldn't mind if they did something like The Flower Kings' "Unfold the Future". A double album with a big epic on each disc and shorter songs in between.

I could see this working, but only if they get Don Azzaro as the producer.
