The first CD I ever listened to was Rush's Roll The Bones (Not really prog) and the first CD I remember listening to was Elton John's Dont Shoot Me... The first prog CD I ever heard was either Traffic's John Barleycorn Must Die or one of Rush's 70's albums
My first CD (to own) was an Elton John Greatest Hits and my first prog cd was Aqualung
My first prog vinyl was Thick as a Brick, probably my favorite first discovery, for it began my journey into the world of progressive rock
First non prog vinyl: CCR's Green River

Probably one of my Dad's Top Of The Pops hits compilations circa 1971-2,mainly because they had very attractive scantilly clad females on the covers. .The first album I ever owned was 'The Who By Numbers'.The first album I ever went out and purchased with my pocket money was ELP 'Pictures At An Exhibition'.

First full album listen...I think it was probably a soundtrack like the Mission Impossible movie (90s) soundtrack or something.
First full prog rock album listen would be Pink Floyd - The Wall if you count that as prog rock. If not Pink Floyd, first prog rock album would be Yes - Close to the Edge.
First prog metal album...Opeth - Blackwater Park, Still Life, My Arms Your Hearse and Dream Theater - Awake.
