That's ridiculous. The document was made public by a third party, and they had just as much information as we did at the time. All they did was summarize the document, it's not their fault that everyone on the internet got out their jump to conclusions mat. Although I'm personally still unsure about the true situation, and why didn't Mike say that there is no pending litigation right away instead of being coy?

Yeah, it's public records, I don't see the big deal. The Dream Theater forums may block the PDF, but I'd like to think we're less fascist at PA. ;-)

Mike was raised Jewish, but he doesn't practice. It's the same god anyway

Some people have expressed concern that the court PDF contains the home addresses of the members of DT. There's not a lot we can do about that, this document is all ove the internet at the moment.
