Have to go with Krusty , the guy is always smoking , gambling , he hates the kids he forgets about his fans...

Has to be Fat Tony from the list though I can see that with a limit of 25 you had to leave out Mayor Quimby.

I love this show so much; I've seen every episode 10+ times probably. SO many good options.... I chose Burns though, simply because he's like a much older and devilish version of myself.
