Looks to be about $105 through BTF for shipment to the USA.   My wallet just gasped.

Will have to see if Larson or Walker pick it up.  Or at least what BTF wants to ship from Italy, I'm guessing it will be quite expensive. 

I'd be surprised if Doug or Greg wouldn't offer it eventually, even if it takes a while.

I think seeing this 700+ page hardcover tome come to life is a feather in the cap of everyone here who has worked so hard to validate the Sub...
