hmmm again i think i mentioned such an issue in a previous thread on new artists that keep the fusion flag alive......but will be more than happy to add on to this.............

I second The Bad Plus.
Also; Helmet of Gnats, Vital Information, Phil Miller's In Cahoots, and a great fusion band from Cuba called Mezcla. The Johansson Brothers move between fusion and prog rock, and if you ever come across a recording by electric violinist Mark Wood, worth a listen. And of course the ever passed-over Planet X. |
