There are plenty of palindromes. But I'm too lazy to translate them. Moreover, most of them are just uninteresting. So, don't understand, just see the symmetry:

Огонь -- лоб больного

Леша на полке клопа нашел

Мокнет Оксана с котенком

Ишак! На доме чемодан каши (this one is funny: "Donkey! (There is) a trunk of porridge on the house")

А роза упала на лапу Азора (super-famous, but the meaning is not interesting)

Нищ? Не жди, аид, женщин (funny too: "(Are you) beggar? Don't wait, a Jew, for women")

All of them are known from the books, the newspapers and colloquial speech.

Well, another one: an epitaph to the palindromist -- Утоп в поту (Has sunk in sweat).

No, seriously, is the text readable? If it is, how can't you see the symmetry (not the English text...)?
