ha ha ill try that next time im hungry at 3 in the morning except maybe the beer. natty is barely tolerable as it is lol. if only i could afford to be classy.

they can be both.  the traditional filling (i think) is just potatoes, cheese, onions, but they can also contain meat.  then some people like making "dessert pierogi" and fill it with fruit.
