Yes, ITCOTCK should be deleted from the list. Seventies KC?! Larks' Tongues is my favourite from the SEVENTIES |

21. Lateralus (1901) - Tool This ends all discussions of 'first prog album ever'. And yeah, I voted for 'Red'. |

For goodness sake everybody knows In the Court Of the Crimson King was released in 1969, so what is it doing in poll of 70's Krimson albums?

TITCOCK Ok very childish, but the only interesting thing I could say about KFC. I mean KC. All their stuff sounds kinda unfinished to me and fills me with the urge to say "where is the tune" or "this is not music, this is noise!" UGHHH |

I agree with Lucas, RED is by far the best of all of KC's catalogue, let alone of the 70s. It is nicely dark and heavy. There is not a single tarack I dislike on this record.

Only ITCOTC (and a couple songs of Poseidon) K.... after losing the voice, they went downhill from there... and remember: ITCOTCK is the number 1 progressive album ever... http://www.digitaldreamdoor.com/pages/best_albumsprog.html Edited by threefates |

A KC poll, should be able to get more than 17 total votes now! I've just voted for "Court", best by a country mile! |

In the court of the Crimson King, if only for 21st Century Schizoid man and the title track. Mind you, I have yet to hear Starless & Bible black, so my opinion is somewhat biased

Starless, Red and Lark's provide the best music of the long KC career. It's hard to vote for any of the three individually. I'd rather vote by era, but, I chose Starless.
