At the end of the world: "Kyric", the first track of "Echoes", by Lacrimosa. Majestic sadness, and more sadness  .

"Yackety Sax", the Benny Hill Theme tune.
Perception is truth, ergo opinion is fact.

"Fight Fire with Fire" by Metallica - or maybe "Battery" or "The Four Horsemen".

Presuming it might last a little while, I'd probably add "Surf Nicaragua" by Sacred Reich, "Peace Sells - But Who's Buying" by Megadeth, "Angel of Death" by Slayer, and to finish off, ELP's first album (side 1).

It might be a bit scary - but what a soundtrack.

"Golden-Vein" from the Cocteau Twins "Twinlights" ep

(possibly the most beautiful song ever)

This may sound very negative but which song would you play at the end of the world, a soundtrack to the apoalypse. Personally I would have Blackout by muse. It has a sort of calmness to it.
