Great! Glad you liked that, there's also the album by McCoy Tyner called 'The Real McCoy' which also is Coltrane-esque, but I really don't want you to go bankrupt. Here it is anyways:
That'll be it.....for today

The Cult - Beyond good and evil.
The best album they recorded since 'dreamtime' ('love' has a lot of fillers in my opinion, but the guitar work is sublime).

If you love A Love Supreme, saxophonist Pharoah Sanders, who played with Trane in his free jazz albums (excluding Love Supreme), has an album called Karma which is very much in the vein of A Love Supreme though with more wind instruments, if you're interested check these links:

It's my second favorite Trane record so far, behind A Love Supreme.

This isn't my favorite Maiden album, but this is just such an enjoyable album! Every song is memorable in it's own way, and the energy showed by the band is unmatchable. |
