Hi Pablo,

What do you think of Ian Gillan's venture in the jazz-rock realm ? Clear air turbulence is known as the best of Gillan Band's jazz-rock era. I am not very fond of this change of direction (for Gillan that is).

With all the ACDC threads,The last album that I bought was For Those About To Rock ( My Wife Actually) I really only like the Bon stuff myself but with Nazrareth I find them more interesting. My best description for the band is Slade meets ACDC. As usual it is the early albums I love when they were young and full of beans as with most bandsThumbs Up

Regarding the 2 posts above : we have to guess the type of music ? Our musical knowledge is not exhaustive.

Question
You do not understand english ?
When I post the picture of an album issued by a "rare" or little-known artist, I give a little comment on the style. I find it pointless posting a cover without explaining which music lies under when it's something rare.

If you're so curious about what type of music it is, you can go look it up Wink We're not required to do that for you.

A bit to hard  to do when the covers lack names or titles.

True. Then you should say what the band name and album titled are. Instead of saying something like this:

we have to guess the type of music ? Our musical knowledge is not exhaustive.

You should say something along the lines of:

What band is that? What type of music is it? Is it good? etc...

I agree. If you're really curious as to what it is, be polite and ask a question. Don't be asinine about it.

Hey Matt, I love Rupert's eighties albums. if you know these albums, immunity / waving not drowning / the wildest wish to fly, how do they compare to his seventies output ?
Lucas I only really know the single Misplaced Love but these 2 early albums are more softer and dreamy in bits. You would not be putting them on at a party. If anything they are   more psyche kinda. They are nice.though but nothing sounds that the song I mentioned. I may know some of his other stuff heard it on airplay, like Misplaced love, soon as the sample started I remembered it
