You need to calm down if you jumped from calling me silly to a git.
The Ultima Thule tracks (the...four of them??) are not identical.

Hahahahahahahahaha.
It's not lazy.
Stop being such a git.
How original for Tangerine Dream to make 4 Ultima Thule tracks.

It's easy to understand.
Malawëlëkaahm was composed at the same time in both versions as both Theusz Hamtaahk and Wurdah Itah seem to have been first conceived in about 1973/74.
Therefore the similarity of both tracks is completely on purpose as they both are part of the Theusz Hamtaahk Trilogy and therefore part of the story.

I'd say they were all composed at roughly the same time.
Theusz Hamtaahk was never officially released as a studio album but was released in 1980 on Retrospektiw I-II as a live recording but it was played live as far back as 1974 (see Londres 1974) which wasn't released until after Retrospektiw I-II.
M.D.K. was recorded in 1973 but was first performed live in 1971. Wurdah Itah was recorded in 1974.
This therefore makes me believe both of those parts of the Theusz Hamtaahk Trilogy were conceived and composed at the same time.

Then David's nickname is very suggestive regarding what animal he is.

Why are Theusz Hamchops and Wurdah Itah both opened by Malawelekaahm? Isn't that redundant, for an already redundant band?

*sigh*
They're different tracks with the same titles. Plus they're part of the Theusz Hamtaahk Trilogy so it makes sense for the titles to match up on occasions. They follow the same theme.
It's like King Crimson's Larks' Tongues in Aspic Parts I to IV. Only Magma choose not to use parts and just name it the same.
Stop being so silly.

They're not different tracks, they Wurdah Itah was simply played louder. I've noticed repetitions within the repetitions of so many repetitions throughout the Trilogy, but these two tracks, named the same, also have a very similar structure. It doesn't matter that it's not sound-by-sound identical. Which was first, chronologically, anyway?
