Try deleting those files.

Also some googling using those filenames might yield an answer for you.

Ah yes, I forgot to mention it, I also did a Disk Check on the HD and it didn't return any errors.

So if  you don't use chrome all computer functions are normal?
Yes, as long as I don't use Chrome everything is fine.
BTW, as long as I can tell it's not because I installed any new hardware or software, I didn't consciously install anything lately.

After some google searching I did not find anything which helped so I'm posting here in case there are any computer wizards among you who can help.
Since a few days ago, whenever I open Google Chrome my PC crashes, the power stays on but I get the Black Screen Of Death. When I restart the computer it says 'the system has recovered from a serious error' and shows these error messages. I prefer not to send the error to Microsoft as some of my MS soft is not genuine (although Windows itself is).

I have tried:

- unistalling Chrome and re-installing

- system restore but it doesn't work, I have tried 3 different restore points and it always says 'your system can not be restored'

The problem persists which is a pain since I also have performance issues with IE.
Any ideas what could I try?

TX!
