Crooner Jack Jones, best known for singing the theme song to TV series The Love Boat, passed away at the age of 86. RIP.

The only time i saw Iron Maiden Paul Di'Anno was still singing with them. The first two lps were great, much more punky energy and darker edge. Saw Bruce Dickinson with Samson soon after, supporting Uriah Heep and Budgie.. ended up playing space invaders with him in the venue foyer before sound checks. Seemed an interesting guy but i'm not a fan of his vocal style or IM generally.

It's too bad so many don't know the original Iron Maiden singer who made the debut so awesome. Di'Anno made Dickinson look like a cheesy opera singer.

That was Charlie Dominici. He died a few months ago.
