The Quiet Zone/The Pleasure Dome - a very special and criminally underrated album.

good god man.. what a lame selection.  As I've often said.. it wasn't punk that killed prog.. it was prog that killed prog haha.

voting other here...  any of about 30 albums that smoke what the popular ones were doing.

flipping a coin.. ahhh...Kew Rhone

This was a tough choice but I decided to go with the crowd and vote for Pink Floyd - Animals.
No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

You omitted Eloy's top album Ocean but included the one before it and the one after it.

other, since it's pretty hard to choose, I know I shouldn't do that, but...

Sfinx - Zalmoxe (since a favorite is asked about)

A Trick of the Tail. One of the greatest Genesis albums, although I must admit I prefer the Gabriel-era. Of these, Going for the One, which is not so fantastic if you compare it to others like CTTE, Tales or Relayer, but we have to remember that by 1976 Progressive rock was under pressure by the recording companies and that obviously made the quality decrease a little bit...

Mother Gong - Fairy Tales

Nik Turner - Xitintoday

both albums are definitely in my top ten prog albums of ALL TIMES, so do yourself a favor and listen to them. if you want the links I can provide them; especially Xitintoday is a bit hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for.
both albums were not available on CD for a long time so it is not a surprise they are so little known. but they are real gems

i listened to your uploades Jean and they sounded very good. Thumbs Up to bad the albums are almost imposible to find.

That's it! I've had it! There's too many Floyd fans in the Lounge! Selections like Wind and Wuthering so out-rule tripe like Animals that it's not even funny.

Could have sworn I voted in this poll but I guess not. Anyway I narrowed it down to Animals, Going for the One, Tormato, and UK. Using my tried and true method of the one I listen to the most it's UK.

Also, thanks BaldJean for the recommendations. Nice stuff.
