Is that because your browser is blocking the alert box that politely thanks you for your vote? Normally the posts won't show until that box has been cleared.

That shows up fine, but then it'll only load the poll part of the page. Sometimes something similar happens when I choose not to go to my inbox when I get a PM.
Then it's got to be something to do with the way Firefox handles Javascript Alert boxes then.

It's happened on other forums as well, so probably.

 I scroll down and read the replies of others.  Then if I am going to reply I reply, then if I am going to vote I vote.  I always (well nearly always) reply first just in case I change my mind while I am writing my reply.

When you decide to respond to a poll on PA which of the two choices do you do first? Do you submit typed words or do you make a little green dot appear and click vote?
