Peanut butter is really unhealthy ... not because it's fat or because it has a lot of calories, but because it contains the wrong kinds of fat (Omega-6). Also, it should be noted that peanuts are legumes (beans), not nuts.

So there's my recommendation: Use pastured butter instead!
