Nothing beats the good old baguette bread "ā l'ancienne" (Au levain)

Not the ugly and bad copies made around the world , though I'm sure that here and there, correct baguettes must be made. But even in France , one must look hard to find a good one.

That's pretty good, so is jalapeņo cheese bread. Thinking of it makes my mouth water.
