Absolutely right. The magazine started off targeting a more adult market, but basically now targets the teenage angst metal market. Nothing wrong with that - hopefully, most of them will grow up to appreciate more of the music we love on this site - I know I did. I'm pleasantly surprised there were five on the listTongue

"Okay, so Kerrang gave its viewers the chance to vote on their favourite band or a band they thought was the 'best ever'. 300,000 votes were made and the results are here."

Therefore, Kerrang have done nothing. Their readers have "sold out" as you exclaim.  I am fine with the list. I can't stand very many of the bands, and none of my favorite bands are on there. But, it is just a list. Big deal, someone or some group of people like certain things you don't. Doesn't make what you like any better or worse.

It is a subjective opinion. No such thing as best, really. Not in this context.

This is ridiculous in my opinion. Not only is their less than 5 prog bands, Kerrang have sold out.

Does anybody agree? I'm sure you do.

A complete and utter crap list for 90%.

Now.... Discuss.
