Some days I take three or four cups of coffee, some days I take none; I voted two, it seems to be a fair average. I do not think I should do more than that, for I am not quite used to it, and it tends to give me insomnia.

I average about 2, although that option seems to be missing... 3 is listed twice.  Smile
I used to drink a lot more (well over 5) but in the interest of moderation I'm trying to keep it to 2-3 a day (same goes for beer - trying to keep it to 1 a day, and some days I have none.)

I have on average 4 cups a day, but some days I can have up to 6 or over. (That is including decaf in the evening)

I´m on 3 a day. I read that up til 4 is OK, but taken in excess it isn´t good for ones health.
