1.Psychedelic / Space Rock (Nektar, Floyd, Eloy, Hawkwind)
2.Krautrock (Amon Duul II, Ash Ra Temple, Can, Popol Vuh, Hoelderlin)
3.Canterbury (Hatfield & the North, National Health, Egg, Soft Machine, Gong)
4.R.I.O. (Henry Cow, Art Bears, Univers Zero, Art Zoyd)

Symphonic progressive rock, with psychedelic/space rock close second.
But if we consider all of your poll options as a musical subgenres, then I will go for prog related. The majority of the bands there are my favourites.

Rush has hints of Prog Metal here and there: they were one of the first bands to take prog to a slighly harder level.

Okay
Art Rock since it has Rush (but I'm starting to move away from them) and other goodies, Symphonic and RPI are what I'm starting to get into next, and I want to further my dabbling into Prog Metal and RIO/Avant along with Jazz Fusion and Canterbury Scene

It has to be RIO, according to my collection. Most diverse genre, and quite entertaining, though the "neo rio bands" (Art bears clones mostly) are not my cup of tea, since they are clones.
