Coffee - that's all.

Re: blood type, I actually never knew my blood type until my son was born, then deduced it from knowing his and knowing my wife's.

How can Corn Flakes have zero votes? This is a poll about your favourite CEREAL, folks, marmelade sandwiches, how good it may be, is NOT a cereal.. :)
Corn flakes gets my vote, but in reality i start my days with either nothing or just a cup of tea. On regular days, of course, on weekends i start me day WAY to late to even consider doing it with a bown of cerals.

I'm from the O blood group... ¿could you please tell me why I should avoid cereal? I'm concerned; never heard about this before...

^ I assure you that all people have "acid PH" in their stomach ... unless there is something wrong.

An evidence is that O people have acid PH stomach whereas A people have basic PH.

When you'll know, tell me and i ll told you which food is good and which is bad for you. If you need to loose weight, it's the best diet. Moreover, this diet doesn't require any depravation!

The blood group theory is a revolution IMO.

I must admit that those cereals in that list are all awfully sweet-ish ( the kind of cereals reserved for kids) and therefore not very healthy >> he did not even mention Muesly, Weetabix or Shredded Wheat (let alone the awful porridgeDead)

I can think of something that's more exciting than breakfast cereal but thats' for the weekend.....on weekdays, it probably is a bowl of Shredded Wheat. Nothing added, nothing taken away, as the ad says.

Made in my local town, Welwyn Garden City, in an impressive 1920's factory, sadly to be closed in a couple of years but with a preservation order on it, will probably make some fabulous designer apartments!!
