Thick as a Brick by the Tull.

Apart from the title track, it's pretty useless.

Shylock - Ile De Fievre. The titletrack is amazing.. Completely breathtaking. The rest is boring and experimental noodling.

I'm gonna hide after saying this one:

Steve Hackett's "Voyage of the Acoltye" is just bad. Shadow of the Hierophant is a song that if done by Genesis, it would be my top 5 of them. Everything is great and the outro is magnificent!!

WHAT???????????????? Voyage of the Acolyte is a masterpiece. Oh my God.

<< I like it I think its one of the best modern Marillion CD`s (and some of the others are overrrated coughmarblescough)there must be something wrong with me >>

I like both Holidays In Eden and Marbles; however, to compare Holidays with Marbles is apples and oranges. Holidays isn't very progressive, and because of the record execs, it was a step back from Seasons End. It took the brilliance of Brave to get them back to a certain degree of respectability. You talk with the band and they'll tell you that Holidays was more fluff and lightweight for their tastes (and keep in mind I like the disc).

Now, Marbles just raised the bar, if anything. The sound of that disc (or those discs...depending on what you have) is light years ahead of what they've done...and what a lot of bands have done. Brave is still my favorite; but, I applaud Marillion for taking chances. It all started with Anoraknophobia, and Marbles just knocked it out of the park. I'm just hoping they keep it going.

As for the subject at hand:
Rush: Test For Echo - "Half The World" and "Driven"
Spock's Beard: Feel Euphoria - "East Of Eden, West Of Memphis", "Shining Star", "Ghosts Of Autumn"
Marillion.com - "Interior LuLu", "Go!"

And what about "Cat Food"? By far the best track on the album!

The British Amon Düül's album "Meetings with Men-Machines - Unremarkable Heroes of the Past" is only so-so, but the track "Burundi Drummer's Nightmare" is top notch prog. Really wild and energetic. One of my favourite prog songs.

King Crimson - Islands: Prelude: Song of the Gulls and Islands. Beautiful tracks on an otherwise boring album.
Rush - Caress of Steel: The Fountain of Lamneth. Under-rated epic, in my opinion. The rest of the album is pretty weak, although I still enjoy it.

Those are the two I can think of at the moment.

You've just had a heavy session of electroshock therapy, and you're more relaxed than you've been in weeks.

OK. I won't describe tracks one by one like I did with Fragile to convince someone to listen again and maybe change his opinion. I just can't understand how a prog fan can say that such prog classic albums are weak, cr*p etc. Again sorry for off-topic.

I just think Trespass, Nursery Cryme and Foxtrot are much better than this one. The general atmosphere just does not appeal to me.
