I have never head Union and I agree with you about Drama. Drama is a great album. The tour sucked though.

Open Your Eyes, Big Generator and Union are "the worst" for me. They aren't prog. But they're not so bad pop I think.
P.S. How somebody could vote for "Drama" ?!! I really like this album !

One of the nice things of reviews on PA is that i never felt inclined to listen to any Yes album after Going for the one .

^^ No need to feel sorry for me. Of all the albums listed above, I like Tormato the least (and that includes Big Generator). One caveat though, the only album on the list that I have never heard is the album getting the most votes "Open Your Eyes."

I feel sorry for anyone who voted "Tormato." I still think it's a good album.

I don't have a lot of their post-1980 works, but in particular I found "Big Generator" unlistenable.
I've heard some of their most recent stuff such as "The Ladder" isn't
too bad, so I might have to check that out. I really thought they
were dead until "Keys to Ascension" came out.

From the voting so far I'm really happy that I haven't heard 'Open Your Eyes' yet!!!
(how come CTTE isn't on the list )

"Big Generator." I understand that "90125" was a natural
progression, or so Jon Anderson says, but "Generator" sounded forced,
it wasn't only pop, it was bad pop. "Shoot High, Aim Low" is the
only song that saves that CD from the trash can.
I would say "Open Your Eyes" is a close second. I actually love the "Talk" album and "Tormato" has its moments as well.

I don't like too much the negative threads but I'm curious about this one. I know some people hate Tormato, others can't stand the Trevor Rabin Era, Union is "Onion" for some people (included Rick Wakeman), Open Your Eyes was a disappointing after the Keys to Ascension new symphonic tracks which are not that great for others...
What do you think?
My choice for worst album is Open Your Eyes, although I do enjoy some of the vocal melodies and harmonies there...
