And another from me. I have a few more I would like to list, but I don't want to double-post lists. I hope some others participate, and/or some more who participated try some more lists, and not just so I can keep my lists coming, haha.. I have been checking out all of the music that has been suggested, at least in part, when adding it to the playlist and after. Quite a few mentioned that I already knew and really loved. I like to play the playlist on my phone and I do tend to focus a little more on the more modern of times, and one that is off an album I do not own that I am always really pleased to hear (had heard and liked the track before), is Thank You Scientist's Gigglebutton.

1960s: United States Of America - American Metaphysical Circus
1970s: Soft Machine - Moon in June
1980s: Dün - L'épice
1990s: Radiohead - Exit Music (For a Film)
2000s: Pram - Bewitched
2010s: Mid-Air Thief - Protector
2020s: otay:onii - Blackheart Breakables

By the way, of the lesser-known tracks I suggested in these lists that I have not plugged as much as some others over the years, one that I hope some people will check out if they appreciate a kind of space-age loungey Indie art pop with Krautrock qualities (avenues I am so very into) is the Swedish band Komeda's "Borgo" off the 1993 album Pop på Svenska. For those into Stereolab and/or Pram, Broadcast, Vanishing Twin I would think it should likely appeal. This is my favourite track off the album.

Thanks to all who have taken the time to make lists. I realise that some don't like to focus on individual tracks, but it does make it so much easier to get more acquainted with what various members of our fine forum enjoy. As said, everyone has posted music I enjoyed. And if this thread keeps going I might indulge myself in writing a bit more about my favourites from each person.

here's the playlist, which has become very long (a lot with mine) and I hardly expect people to play though it but some might want to check out some of the music via it (or hear excerpts of a variety).

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXcp9fYc6K4Io3x_4sAEB683bymU0K0er

By the way, I had thought about going farther back in years, but then I was looking for some decent quality original recordings from the decade represented which can be hard when you go farther back. But nothing at all wrong with presenting compositions from earlier 20th century even if recorded much later.

We have out first "snap" with you and Lewian going for The Beatles "Tomorrow Never Knows". :) Great song. I like black midi's John L (I got very big on black midi -- nice choice). When exploring Marillion, "Incommunicado" was my preferred Marillion song. It has a strong The Who vibe to my ears which I like. That Muse song is good.. Bit like a Queen of the wild west. I enjoyed the video.

And one can always make more and more lists.

I will do another, in the 1990s especially there were several more that I really wanted to do this time. I went with a well-known one that had a huge effect on me when I first heard it considerable years ago.

1960s: Ennio Morricone - "The Ecstasy of Gold"
1970s: National Health - "Tenemos Roads"
1980s: Thinking Plague - "Warheads"
1990s: Cardiacs - "Dirty Boy"
2000s: Radiohead - "How to Disappear Completely"
2010s: Julia Holter - "Words I Heard"
2020s: Vanishing Twin - live session of "Cryonic Suspension May Save Your Life".

I was going to go for a Melody's Echo Chmaber one for the 202Os, but then I remembered this live studio session of Vanishing Twin's "Cryonic Suspension May Save Your Life" from 2020 that I came across not long ago, a song that I have brought up more than once before for the studio album version on 2019's The Age of Immunology.

^ Nice. And North Sea Radio Orchestra's "Morpheus Miracle Maker" definitely is one of my very, very favourite tracks. Can's Ege Bamyası album is so great overall (my favourite Can album now), and "Spoon" is a favourite Can song of mine. Love the Talk Talk, Beatles, Barbara Morgenstern, and Kontakte. Lots of music I like from the first half of the 2Oth Century, and those are great choices.

^^ "A Rainbow in Curved Air" is one of my favourites, love Schulze, got very into David Sylvian not too long ago, and of course I'm a big Art Zoyd fan and Häxan is one of my favourites (although of 90s Art Zoyd I tend to return to Faust the most).

Thanks all. No one one has not presented music I really like.

1900s Charles Ives - Central Park in the Dark
1910s Igor Stravinsky - Petrushka
1920s Edgard Varese - Arcana
1930s Bela Bartok - Fifth String Quartet
1940s Dizzy Gillespie - A Night in Tunisia
1950s Karlheinz Stockhausen - Kontakte
1960s Beatles - Tomorrow Never Knows
1970s Can - Spoon
1980s The Comsat Angels - Be Brave
1990s Talk Talk - After the Flood
2000s Barbara Morgenstern - Camouflage (with Robert Wyatt)
2010s North Sea Radio Orchestra - Morpheus Miracle Maker
2020s Amon Tobin - Phaedra

Yeah, Cisnienie, Broadcast, William D. Drake, Art Zoyd, Swans could have found their way on this list, too. Nearest miss (meaning something I had urgently in mind but I ultimately decided against because rules are rules, haha) was Hidden Orchestra's Flight for 2010s.

Really nice to listen to the Beatles again. I had not heard the Atmos, was meaning to check out Atmos, I'm digging this.

Hahaha, 'The Stardust Medley' is a song I made that isn't even completed yet, but I like it, as it was the first song I've made. I'm proud of it, and therefore it's my favorite
