Yeah i'll vote yes too.

@ Grumpy - just write a bio and provide a few samples of his most fusiony stuff.

Doesn't need much of a sell considering two of my team mates have already voted yes :)

I'm actually surprised that he hasn't been included on here yet, given his presence in the fusion world. Anyway, provided he gets pushed to the JR team, I'm 100% giving him a yes vote Smile

Won't you take me down, to the underground
Why oh why, there is no light

Chick's The Mad Hatter has stood steadfast in my Top 50 all-time albums for 45 years now! Even higher than anything by RTF. Steve Gadd, Eddie Gomez, Herbie Hancock, Joe Farrell, and Gayle Moran all do amazing work to bring Chick's Alice in Wonderland concept to reality.

I agree that he DEFINITELY belongs in PA for his solo career work (not to mention the Elektric Band, Five Peace, Akoustic Band stuff). There's so much diversity (a plus and minus when thinking "prog") but incredible creativity as well (a big plus for prog inclusion).

Seems so. Albums like The Leprechaun and My Spanish Heart clearly have fusion elements.

You'd have to provide a bio and several samples if you want to seriously suggest good ole Chick.

Chick Corea, specifically his solo material, deserves a place in the Jazz Rock/Fusion pages of PA.
