   Hello. I am a fan of prog/jazz rock in general but I have a specific request. I like to run while listening to music and I select very fast, very rhythmic tracks, preferably with long solos, with few quiet moments, mainly instrumental or with a minimum of lyrics, music that makes you want to push yourself... I am waiting for your recommendations! Here is a small selection of tracks already in my playlist to give you an idea : "Regret 9" by Steven Wilson / "Otto Pankrock" by Grobschnitt / "Bushnell Keeler" by Zopp / "Red Alert" by Tony Williams / "Flight Over Rio" by Al di Meola / "Lunar Sea" by Camel / Aurora Borealis" by Jukka Tolonen / "Hhai" by Magma / "The Tale of Taliesin" by Soft Machine... you get the idea !
