There's no chance of Todd Rundgren being the Runt of the litter in this poll. Smile

I could add Gordon Lightwood to the poll, but who do you suggest I delete from the poll to make room for him?

I would've voted for David Crosby's excellent debut too if Stephen Stills hadn't also been in the poll. Wink

That Crosby album is really special and unique. Honorable mention to Dylan’s debut, which is often overlooked but very good.

Everybody Knows Neil Young, so by popular demand, I've added him to the poll in place of Van Dyke Parks. Let's hope he can Harvest a few votes before Time Fades Away. Smile

Hard to vote over Stephen Stills' debut solo, but Runt is just to fun, happy, and memorable.

Sadly, the promisingly long careers of Tim Buckley, Jim Croce & Harry Chapin were all foreshortened due to early deaths at the ages of 28, 30 & 36 respectively.  Confused

I'm in agreement with you on Stephen Stills and Cristi's in agreement with you regarding George Benson. Wink

But of course he is from Canada.  Leonard Cohen would beat him for me in a male Canadian debut poll.
