There are here some great epic tracks I love. But, my vote goes to Karn Evil 9 - Emerson Lake & Palmer.

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

Revealing Science of God.
This song inspired me to drop plans to attend medical school and pursue my present career in environmental science. "Let them rape the forests...." Not if I can help it. Peace, Charles

Very difficult choice especially with Yes at their peak. Sorry to be the 'what about' bore but Henry Cow's 'Living in the Heart of the Beast' is a tour de force as well.

Shine. It's the Pink Floyd week on PA, isn't it? TB is a patchwork of shorter things, not properly an epic and I think that Dabsong is underrated. It's the last great Caravan track. TFTO works well with the four tracks together. Karn Evil and Larks are great, too, but Shine is a step forward.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

TB takes you on a bit of a musical journey, as a good epic should do, through many guitars, and other instruments, played in a variety of styles from around the world, until we end up back in Blighty dancing the Sailor's Hornpipe. Indeed the final section of side one, from around 17:22 onwards is like the Young Person's Guide to the Rock Band.
