Oh, really, the worst? What did you dislike so much about 'Present' because I seem to enjoy most of what is happening there?

I'm voting for Dream Theater as having the best album of 2005.....
![]() ..... and Van der Graaf Generator for the worst album of 2005.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

None of my usual choices are here, and that is a good thing. My vote went to Deadwing. Octavarium is my favorite Dream Theater album. Wall Street Voodoo has its merits, and I listen to it pretty regularly, but never all at once.

Probably my favorite as well... although Deadwing is lurking closely. However, fellow forum users, feel free to leave a comment who you picked whenever you cast your vote, I think it would be more interesting to see who voted for who.

The Mars Volta, easily... Frances the Mute was the first album I heard from them, and it left an indelible impression (i.e. it scarred me for life).
