I love Remain In Light but I do think it trails off a bit near the end. Discipline may not have been the same without it but I think it does enough to distinguish itself and has a lot more variety.

I think the influence of Talking Heads on Discipline is somewhat overstated. I surely don't see more Talking Heads in Discipline than Moody Blues in ITCOTCK. There is a connection, sure, but all music is influenced by something, and Discipline is pretty high up the originality and innovation scale itself.

I like the Talking Heads and Remain in Light is a fine album, but Disciplin is easily among my top 5 of all time.

Both are very solid albums in my book. Clearly discipline takes huge influence from the talking heads, especially in the vocals. King Crimson might run away with This just cause the website we are on but honestly vote and give your reasoning.

I prefer the talking heads actually on this one. Never was a fan of the sheltering sky and the title track is a bit meh off discipline.
