I can definitely support Felona's recommendations for mail order from the States. It's somewhat bizarre that I got a lot of British prog from there costing less than obtained through the UK.... Most of Bill Bruford solo albums at US$ 6 !!!! In Australia they sell for A$ 60...! In the UK perhaps half of that....

TP  ... look...don't worry ... he sends me stuff all the way to Oz and if the package can survive the handling of Neandertal aussie posties ... it'll be safe in the hands of  your well-mannered British Postmen Pat's ... and the gentle paws of their  black-and-white cat's

Ahh! I've looked at this guy's catalogue before - amazing range! I'm just a bit nervy about ordering from America. Still, if you recommend him then he must be reliable! Looks like I'll be starving for my first weeks at uni!

This thread's handy for me, actually. The last time I had money to spend on CDs was about 9 months ago, and back then I mostly used amazon. Now I've got a MASSIVE load of far more specialist CDs to find and I need somewhere which is either based in or ships cheaply to the UK. Any ideas, Felona?
