It's odd we still don't know what exactly killed him.
I read up on this.....it may be several weeks to a month or so. Reason I am reading is since this was not an obvious death like suicide or murder, the testing they are running is pretty much everything under the sun. Then the examiners need to go thru all medical history and figure out what medicines (or other) he might have been taking, talk to family and friends to figure out any missing details of his condition at the time. Some of the test results I read can take weeks.....Here is a good explanation.

I believe the majority were CDs. Currently on the Billboard charts, The Very Best Of Prince is #1, Purple Rain is #2 and the 3 CD set The Hits/The B-Sides is #6

The weekend of Record Store Day 2 weeks ago, I ordered a new vinyl copy of Purple Rain. I had played out my original version and this one is pressed by QRP, reported to be outstanding pressing. Received in the mail yesterday and could not open the bag yet, it was tough.
In the past week he has sold I think over 600,000 albums, now some of this is probably online downloads and such, not actual physical album sales but still.......I am glad I bought my copy, not sure I could find one today.
Went this weekend to used record store and found another copy of Prince, I have one already, but why not another!
Store owner says everyone coming in and calling looking for his vinyl....he was wearing a purple shirt on Saturday.

Paisley Park's Instagram sent out this photo of Prince. One of the last images taken of him, just taking a bike ride last week at his studio. I like it a lot.
Jim.....I LOVED this photo the second I saw it, brings tears to my eyes. So normal, a simple pleasure of riding a bike down the street...
Here in Melbourne, the Arts Centre in the city paid tribute to him on the weekend.

I have so much of his stuff I need to go back and check out. As I said earlier, always took for granted I'd get around to listening to him "someday".....there are many artists I have in that category. For whatever reason I haven't just haven't gotten to it. So much music, so little time...
Well I don't post my Prince listens here (PA)...but other music sites I do where there are members that share the same likes as I do other than this ridiculous prog I listen to .
Those sites have been simply blowing up over Prince since he died. Heck the Hoffman forum is up to 134 pages and about 3,300 replies on Prince as of this morning.
I have the first 6 albums on vinyl and the CDs of many others, probably 15 in total on CD.....I agree not enough time to listen.
