As a native New Yorker and an Italian American, I wonder how surprising it is that as much as I enjoyed the pizza in Italy, I still think NY style is best.

I definitely prefer the thicker crust. Much more filling. Though I do enjoy New York style pizza as well.

SBARROS - mmm, yummy......... .........nah, looked at some photos and realised that it was La Famiglia pizza places in NYC that I loved the most........ I did have a pizza in a place in 'Little Italy' and it wasn't that crash-hot..... Edited by Tom Ozric - November 10 2014 at 23:54

Both. Choosing between two awesome things is pointless. That being said, stone-baked crust is obviously superior in every way.

Really good Chicago is excellent but I prefer NY-- and I like West Coast style too with the sourdough-style crust
