Is it possible that there's a picture missing?

From what I can see (Al Gore plus lures) I'd go for Zoot Allures by Frank Zappa, but I'm far from sure.

Also, I see you're pretty new here. Every once in a while Easy Livin goes over the threads at the Just For Fun section and closes the ones that are too big, as they waste too much bandwidth on the site's network, or something like that. Anyway, when that happens, it's a merciless race for whoever opens the new threads.
