The magnetic lasso doesn't work very well on pictures with bad lighting like that one and right now I don't feel like cleaning it up. 

Also, I was invited to some "superintendent's breakfast" or something tomorrow for my "achievement" but I can't for the life of me figure out what the hell it is I've achieved this year.  I'm pretty sure that I have done absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

I need to smooth out the outlines of each musician, and I'm not sure I'm happy with the way they're arranged, but so far this is pretty good imho.
