Thanks! And I was closer than I realised: Buster Rides Again by Medeski Martin & Woods (but without Scofield this time, and they are in fact listed here).

I say nothing is nothing

1. I’ve never seen Arrested Development, but I found this at Wikipedia: "J. Walter Weatherman (Steve Ryan), a one-armed amputee, is an old employee of George Senior."

2. Ok, it’s a cymbal, but it’s a ride cymbal. Then we have either J., Walter, Weatherman, Steve or Ryan rides again, if my first guess for the third word was correct (and it does make sense). The problem is that I can’t find any song that fits. The nearest I’ve come is Little Walter Rides Again by Medeski Scofield Martin and Wood, but that makes four words, and it’s not listed here. Then we have Conquistadore Rides Again by Santana. Maybe the character is nicknamed Conquistadore (Wiki didn’t mention it, though)?

I’m really at a loose ende here. "Prosthesis" doesn’t ring any bell, but maybe it’s scream(ing) or  shout(ing) or something like that. The next word could be "cymbals" or even "symbols". The third: "Again"? You could also argue that it’s sh*t, but "hi" seems like a rather improbable word. Can you give us another clue?

Since we're left without a new puzzle at the moment I'd like to ask you to name this band (1 word):
